CONCRETE DENSIFIER AND SEALING

Applying our product to already-set new or old concrete readily penetrates to extraordinary depths, providing integral waterproofing immediately. Our product increases surface abrasion resistance and resistance to surface acid/chemical damage. Our product can permanently stop water leakage even when leak is active. Our product forms a permanent non-soluble, colloidal gel that will last the lifetime of the concrete.

POLYURETHANE FOAM INJECTION

Areas that are cracked or honeycombed and requiring a material with more expansion we utilize a hydrophobic polyurethane liquid which is designed to stop water infiltration. When our polyurethane meets water, it reacts with it and then repels any excess water forming a closed cell foam barrier which will not allow water to pass through it. It adheres tenaciously to practically all substrates, wet or dry.

The polyurethane foam is typically used to stop water leaks coming through cracked or honeycombed concrete, voids between wall and floor, wall and ceilings, expansion joints, cold joints and pipe intrusions. It is used to repair concrete walls, ceilings and floors that are leaking. It is used in tunnel, manhole, sewer line, concrete dam and parking deck repairs. It is designed to be used when greater than 20% movement (expansion and contraction) of the substrate is anticipated.

WATERPROOFING

The Elastomeric Seal reconditioning and maintenance system is designed as a two staging system. The first stage is cleaning and repair. The second stage comprises the application of the Elastomeric Seal system consisting of only two components, Elastomeric Seal and Weave Seal fabric. The system is simple because Elastomeric Seal, as a single product, fulfills the requirements of a sealer, a primer, a base coat, and a topcoat.

The system is applied in three (3) simple steps with no required wait intervals. An Elastomeric Seal color or topcoat may be added later to ensure uniform mil thickness and to provide added protection and cosmetic enhancement.
